A COMMUNITY BUILT ON SECOND CHANCES

The Collective

A community built on second chances, strategic restoration, and successful reintegration.

The Collective exists to help individuals impacted by the justice system reclaim purpose, rebuild stability, and create a future defined by possibility - not their past. Founded through the lived experience and leadership of Brice Chism, we provide a pathway toward restoration and success.

More Than A Program.
A Movement.

Far too many individuals leave incarceration without the support systems necessary to successfully rebuild their lives. The challenges often extend beyond employment and housing—they impact identity, family relationships, mental resilience, and long-term stability.

The Collective was created to bridge that gap.

Our mission is to help justice-impacted individuals move beyond survival and begin building meaningful lives rooted in purpose, accountability, and opportunity. Through mentorship, coaching, strategic guidance, and community support, we help participants navigate the challenges of reintegration while creating a foundation for lasting success.

LED BY EXPERIENCE

Built Through
Transformation.

Brice Chism’s leadership is rooted in lived experience, not theory.

Having personally navigated adversity, incarceration, reintegration, and rebuilding, he understands the realities and obstacles many justice-impacted individuals face. His journey from crisis to comeback is the foundation of The Collective’s mission and approach.

At the same time, Brice believes lived experience must be strengthened by continued education. He is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is scheduled to complete both his Crisis Communication Management Certification and his Master Certified Life Coach certification—further strengthening his work with practical training, crisis expertise, and ICF-aligned coaching principles.

Participants receive guidance from someone who not only understands the challenges firsthand, but also brings the education, strategy, and accountability needed to move forward with purpose and resilience.

Every Comeback Starts
With One
Decision

A person's future should never be permanently defined by their past.

The Collective exists to help individuals, families, and communities build stronger futures through support, mentorship, restoration, and opportunity. If you or someone you know is preparing for reentry, navigating life after incarceration, or searching for a path forward, we're here to help.
